Beautiful house from the '80s.

 

Everything was in very good condition, but it's the time to upgrade and bring it up-to-date.

 

Everything in this kitchen it's brand new now: cabinets, floor, backsplash, new undercabinet lights, etc. Old popcorn texture is gone and the California knock-down was applied instead.

 

This huge kitchen had almost no light. It felt like a dungeon. Now it's a different story. A lot of recessed lights and two gorgeous chandeliers. 

 

Commercial grade laminate flooring was installed throughout the kitchen and dining area to create a seamless connection. To see the variation of the colours visit our online store section.  

 

To help create the open space concept we removed the railing between the family room and the dining area and rebuild the step-down.
